Job Description

Overview

RBR Alliance Inc. has been created as a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation that serves as an umbrella organization for and provides administrative financial development IT and human resources support to Rauch Inc. and Blue River Services Inc.

Job Skills / Requirements

This position will reconcile and maintain general ledger records for multiple companies under RBR Alliance umbrella. The Fiscal Manager will analyze income/expense monthly post all journal entries/allocations reconcile balance sheet edit/maintain fixed asset/depreciation schedule complete annual cost reports for programs bank account/investment activity coordinate annual audits assist/coordinate program audits and work with funding sources as needed. This is a supervisory level position. Knowledge of SAGE accounting software a plus.

Education Requirements (Any)

Degree in Business or Accounting required; 23 years experience in Accounts Payable Receivable and Reporting
Bachelor Degree
