Location: London Bridge London (Hybrid: 3 days inoffice 2 days WFH)

About the Role:
Im partnering with a leading B2B events agency based in London Bridge thats looking for a talented Account Manager to join their Client Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 23 years of account management experience in the events industryparticularly in conferences exhibitions or tradeshowswho is eager to develop into a senior role.

In this role youll be the main point of contact for clients ensuring the seamless delivery of highprofile B2B events. Youll work closely with internal teams and be part of a dynamic Client Services department that prides itself on building strong longterm client relationships.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for your clients building nurturing and maintaining strong longterm relationships.
  • Event Delivery: Oversee the endtoend management of B2B events (conferences exhibitions tradeshows) ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standard.
  • Strategic Insight: Understand client objectives and provide strategic guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teamscreative production marketingto deliver cohesive and successful events.
  • Budget Management: Manage event budgets track expenses and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve client issues ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling or crossselling additional services.

What Theyre Looking For:

  • Experience: 23 years of experience as an Account Manager in a B2B events environment (conference exhibition or tradeshow experience is essential).
  • Events Background: Strong knowledge of event management processes and best practices.
  • Relationship Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously stay organized and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proactive solutionoriented and able to think both creatively and strategically.
  • Budget Oversight: Experience managing event budgets with a strong attention to detail.
  • Growth Mindset: Ambitious motivated and eager to grow into a senior role within the Client Services team.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with corporate clients across various industries.
  • Familiarity with ProSim or other event management software/tools.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
