Purpose of Position
To Assist with regional (GF County) and nationwide plant and soil inventory projects
Duties & Responsibilities
- Travel with a field crew to field sites and natural areas across the Great Plains and Pacific Northwest to conduct plant surveys and collect soil samples.
- Inlab processing of soil and plant samples
- Work with private landowners/producers.
Required Competencies
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to travel overnight for up to 2 weeks at a time during the summer
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Drivers License or International Drivers permit
