Job Description
- Provide excellent customer support through various channels such as phone email and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Willingness to work from the office
Salary: NTH: 17k 5k Variable pay Up to 6k incentives
