We are currently looking for a talented Product Designer to join our organization where you will collaborate with product owners developers other designers and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
Job Description:
As a Product Designer in agile squad(s) you will be responsible for shaping the design of our products from concept to delivery. You will work closely with your squad(s) to deliver usercentric designs that meet both user and business needs in an iterative & collaborative process.
The ideal candidate is someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment can manage multiple projects and has a strong understanding of user experience and interface design principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate within agile squads alongside product owners developers and other designers to define design and ship features.
Design user flows wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs that solve complex design challenges and deliver intuitive user experiences.
Participate in all phases of the design process from ideation user research prototyping as well as user testing and iteration.
Deliver assets documentation and design specifications for the development team ensuring the accurate implementation of your designs.
Conduct regular user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
Work within and contribute to the companys design system to ensure a cohesive user experience across our products.
Continuously iterate and improve upon designs based on feedback analytics and usertesting data.
Ensure your designs align with business goals and technical constraints while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Stay connected and informed on current trends best practices and upcoming technologies within the design field.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite or similar. We work primarily in Figma.
Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing usercentric design processes creativity & innovation.
Solid understanding of user experience design principles interaction design and information architecture.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain your design decisions clearly.
Familiar with agile methodologies and ability to work in a fastpaced iterative environment.
Experience in usability testing and gathering user feedback.
A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive design projects to completion.
Knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
College or University degree in User Experience Design Product Design or related field preferred but not required.
