Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Picarro seeks an experienced Talent Coordinator contractor with the potential to convert to a fulltime employee role and join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Santa Clara California. The ideal candidate will have seven years of experience supporting recruiting operations scheduling interviews managing Greenhouse ATS running reports using Excel and contributing to wellness programs and various departmental projects. This role requires a highly organized and detailoriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting Coordination:
- Manage endtoend interview scheduling for candidates across multiple time zones ensuring a seamless interview process.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to coordinate candidate logistics including travel arrangements and onsite visits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates providing timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate interview debriefs and feedback collection.
- Greenhouse ATS Management:
- Maintain and update candidate records ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
- Generate and analyze recruiting reports using Excel to track key metrics pipeline status and hiring trends.
- Assist with system enhancements and troubleshooting to improve efficiency and support recruitment goals.
- Wellness Program Support:
- Assist in planning and executing wellness initiatives to promote employee engagement and wellbeing.
- Coordinate logistics for wellness events and track participation metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative wellness ideas that align with company culture.
- Project Coordination:
- Support various talent department projects including process improvements data analysis and compliance initiatives.
- Assist in preparing presentations reports and other materials to support talent acquisition strategies.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- A bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field is preferred or 7 years of equivalent experience in place of a degree.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent coordination scheduling and administrative support within a recruiting or HR environment.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables VLOOKUP and report generation).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills focusing on delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Experience coordinating wellness programs and managing logistics for company initiatives.
- Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara California with occasional flexibility.

The salary range for this role is $65k to $75k annually.
