We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nations most integrated healthcare systems with over 1300 providers in Indianapolis IN. This advanced practice provider will be dedicated to our Thoracic Surgery for our MD Anderson Affiliated Oncology Program. Our collegial team works closely with Community Cancer Care & Heart and Vascular Care programs and we have a welldeserved reputation for providing comprehensive care with excellent patient outcomes.


Highlights
Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for a boardcertified physician assistant or nurse practitioner to work in Thoracic Surgery at Community Hospital North.

  • MF 7:00 am 4:30 pm with rotating weeknight weekend and holiday call requirements
  • Postop/followup clinic and inpatient rounding
  • Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Licensure & Certifications
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
