Base pay $19.53/hour additional compensation for higher education and/or years of experience in the field up to $22.76.
Schedule Available:
40 hours/week FT: MondayWednesday 3p11p 7am11pm double Sunday
As a direct care professional with 1 staff to 3 students ratio this program offers a higher level of individualized care. Residential staff design housespecific routines chores and activities that support an individuals growth and development.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts and Rhode Island serves students with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. Located on our main campus in Rutland MA this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Drivers license required.
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) or Highschool diploma with relevant human services experience required. Academic studies in the areas of psychology sociology social work and education are highly desirable.
- Previous experience preferred (not required) working with individuals under 21 with psychological emotional and behavioral disorders complex posttraumatic stress disorder cooccurring mental health and substance abuse disorders and/or autism spectrum disorders.
- Must be MAPS certified or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employment
- Must be able to attend a 2 week paid orientation which runs MondayFriday 8AM to 4PM.
Schedule:
- First 2 weeks paid orientation: MF 84pm
- Following orientation PT schedule: Wednesday & Sunday 11pm9am 20 hr/week)
