Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the entire production process from planning to completion
- Ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality standards
- Managing production schedules and resource allocation
- Inculcating safe work culture with in the team
- Maintaining high standard of 5S and Visual Management
- Training and development of production staff
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to optimize process lead time and efficiency
- Monitoring production costs and implementing costsaving projects
- Driving operational efficiency and achieving organizational objectives
- Driving Continual Improvement Project in the scope
- Data driven approachanalyzing data to identify areas for improvement
- Driving the culture to make the best place to work
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieving departmental objectives
- Delighting customer (Internal & External through Operational Excellence)
- Continual Improvement in efficiency Man Machine Material and Energy
- Maintaining key workforce inventory through multiskilling
- Training and development and monitoring effectiveness and outcomes
- Maintaining highest level of quality standard through robust process control Team Morale
Desired Experience / Exposure:
- B.Tech. /B.E. (Ceramics) with 6 to 10 years of experience (Production exposure in any largescale process Industry with automatic batching and bagging system
- Good exposure in Leading Planning Organizing and production control
- Exposure in SAP PP module
- Exposure in PLC/DCS/SCADA system for the batching operation
- Exposure and knowledge in Six sigma Green Belt Project and TPM
- In depth exposure in EHS and 5S
- Exposure in RM Planning and Inventory control
- Fair knowledge about SPC MSA and Problemsolving techniques
- Exposure in Product Costing
- Exposure and fair knowledge about data analysis and Presentation
Skills:
Proficiency in advance excel and PowerPoint
- Six Sigma and TPM
- SAP PP Module PPC
- Large data handling and analyze
- Good Verbal and written communication skill
- Cross Functional Collaboration and Interpersonal Relationship
- Problem solving
- Leading a Team
- Passion to learn new things on Industrial Efficiency
