Job Summary:
RPO Recruitment is hiring a Personal Assistant to join our clients team. This position requires a proactive and organized individual to support the daily activities of the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Handle phone calls emails and other correspondence.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assist with preparing documents presentations and reports.
- Maintain and update contact lists and databases.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing photocopying and ordering supplies.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
