Key Responsibilities
Lead in analyzing setting cost standards and cost allocations
Maintain fixed asset and equipment management records and reconciliations to support accurate financial reporting
Collect and analyze data about the companys operational and jobspecific costs
Prepare monthly cost reports including actual vs. standard costs performance to budget and variance analyses
Prepare monthly journal entries account reconciliations (including bank reconciliations) and process billing activity
Execute accurate billing processes and track activity for state sales tax filings
Map revenue and costs to the general ledger to maintain accurate financial records
Support the annual audit and tax filings with reconciliations and supporting schedules
Lead account receivables efforts
Manage and reconcile stock inventory records
Responsible for the daytoday accounting general ledger management and month end close process in accordance with GAAP
Reconciliation and analysis for balance sheet and PL accounts
Prepares and posts journal entries
Understands and stays updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting required; CPA or Masters degree is a plus
Minimum of 4 years in accounting preferably in a manufacturing cost accounting
Public company accounting experience is a plus
Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and internal controls
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
ERP system proficiency (NetSuite preferred)
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external peers and customers
Strong ethics and ability to handle confidential information
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
U.S. Government contracting (DCAA) accounting experience (preferred).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment

This is an onsite role working in Wraps manufacturing facilities in Wise/Norton.
