- Strong persuasion skills and ability to influence others.
- Customer retention and relationship building skills.
- Good understanding of followup techniques and lead qualification.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer complaints.
- Adaptability to changing customer needs and market trends.
- Resilience to handle rejection and meet sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
- Persuade customers to purchase company products or services.
- Communicate effectively in Hindi to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products to existing customers.
- Follow up with customers after initial contact to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer objections and resolve customer complaints.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
