About the Role:
The Senior Manager Network Development is responsible for leading a team of direct and indirect reports focused on the design and of the local network strategy by identifying sourcing qualifying and recruiting healthcare providers to join Oscars network expanding access to care for plan members. This role emphasizes daily management of network recruitment and provider relations for all markets through targeted provider outreach strategies.

If you live within commutable distance to our New York City office (in Hudson Square) you will be expected to come into the office at least two days each week. Otherwise this is a remote / workfromhome role.

Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role in the states of California Connecticut New Jersey New York and Washington is: $ $113600 $149100 per. year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $102240 $134190 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits participation in Oscars unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonus.
