MustHave: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis with a focus on banking Cards and switching. Preference will be given to those with experience in CMS System (Card Management system).
Job Description:
- Proficient in the analysis and implementation of software packages/applications within the Financial Services industry.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and transforming them into system specifications.
- Knowledgeable in Java language MSSQL Oracle database application server (JBoss tomcat) and Linux OS.
- Experienced in endtoend application migration.
- Familiarity with payment systems and payment processing workflows.
- Capable of managing organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and release management.
- Strong testing skills particularly in large and complex integrations with multiinterface architecture.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and business teams for UAT and issue closure.

- Proven experience in card management or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
