Job Description
Job Purpose: The Business Development Manager for Secondary Packaging and Robotics will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the packaging and robotics sectors. This role focuses on expanding the firms market presence by developing relationships with key stakeholders clients and partners driving sales of engineering solutions related to secondary packaging automation and robotics.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Market analysis to identify trends potential customers and opportunities in the secondary packaging and robotics industries. Stay up to date with industry developments competitive landscape and technological advancements.
Identify and qualify new leads prospects and business opportunities within the packaging and robotics sectors.
Develop a strategic plan to target key industries such as food and beverage pharmaceuticals chemicals and manufacturing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers including clients partners and suppliers.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions for secondary packaging and robotic systems.
Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to create proposals presentations and bids.
Meet and exceed sales targets by securing new contracts and clients for secondary packaging and robotic solutions. Maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
Represent the company at industry trade shows conferences and networking events.
Provide regular sales forecasts pipeline updates and performance reports to senior management.
Qualification:
B.E/ B. Tech/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation
Masters or bachelor in business management will be preferred.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills English Proficiency Leadership Computer Savvy Good sales skills willingness to travel.
Experience in similar industry will be preferred.
