Job Description

The Opportunity:

The S&OE (Sales & Operations Coordinator manages daily and weekly operation plans aligns demand and supply activities and ensures that shortterm operational goals are met. The role involves close collaboration with sales production procurement and logistics teams to address realtime challenges and adjust plans to meet customer expectations while aligning closely with Sales and Operating Planning (S&OP) processes.

What were looking for

  • Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain management Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 25 years of experience in supply chain operations or production planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with S&OP or S&OE processes is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical and problemsolving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.

How you will thrive and create an impact

  • Support of the S&OE plan on a weekly and daily basis.
  • Function as a liaison between sales production procurement and logistics teams.
  • Communicate operational changes and adjustments to stakeholders promptly.
  • Facilitate daily or weekly meetings to address bottlenecks or urgent issues.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service levels inventory accuracy and order fulfillment rates.
  • Analyze variances between plans and actual performance providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare and share reports on operational performance with management.
  • Work with planning and crossfunctional teams to identify and address shortterm supply chain disruptions or constraints.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues affecting order fulfillment or production schedules.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in operations.
  • Support initiatives to improve efficiency in operational .
  • Provide feedback to enhance S&OP processes based on S&OE insights.
  • Contribute to streamlining workflows and optimizing resource utilization.

Pay Transparency:

The expected pretax pay for this position is

$66100.00 $110200.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
