Performance Test Engineering Consultant Join Ten10s Expert Consultancy Team
Location: Hybrid (London office client site travel as required)
Employment Type: Inside IR35 Contract 12 month initial term
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: 485pd (Inside IR35
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required

Role Responsibilities
- Deliverperformance testing solutionsto a range of clients ensuring systems are scalable reliable and performant.
- Design implement and executeperformance test strategies including load stress scalability and endurance testing.
- Work closely withtechnical teams and stakeholders translating business requirements into testable solutions.
- Engage directly with clients providingexpert adviceon performance test best practices.
- Collaborate with development DevOps and infrastructure teams toidentify performance bottlenecksand optimise system performance.
- Utilise performance testing tools such asJMeter K6 LoadRunner NeoLoad or Gatling.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on test results to drivecontinuous improvements.
What Were Looking For
- Significant experience as a Performance Tester ideally in a consultancy or clientfacing environment.
- Strong knowledge ofperformance testing methodologies tools and scripting.
- Ability to engage withcustomers technical teams and stakeholdersto deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Experience in cloudbased and distributed system performance testing.
- Knowledge ofmonitoring and diagnostics toolssuch as AppDynamics Dynatrace or New Relic.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Active SC Clearance is required
