Who Are We The Earth Elements Stone Fabrication Shop is a stateoftheart digital stone fabrication shop. Serving the Bozeman and Big Sky Area. With 20000 square feet and multiple digital machines we are the largest operator in the area. Our Stone Fabrication Shop serves the Design Center next door. We are acomplete onestop shop with Appliances Cabinetry Doors and Door Hardware Lighting Slab Tile and Wood Flooring.
The Job
The Project Manager position is responsible for overall coordination of projects within the Fabrication Department. The Project Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the services and inventory to include supervising programs to maximize utilization of services and equipment. This position works as a liaison with Accounting Information Technology Human Resources etc. to ensure the Fabrication Department is functioning efficiently to ensure streamlined processes.
Manage timelines coordinating with Shop and Field personnel to meet deadlines
Collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure financial goals are being met
Assess future projects with Sales and Management to meet longterm goals
Serving as point of contact for internal and external partners
Ensuring a high level of customer service is given to clientele by answering phone calls and referring to the appropriate contact within the department
Communication across areas to coordinate all field activities and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Scheduling subsequent activities as necessary
Tracking inflow and outflow of plumbing items keep a log and pick ticket for reconciling and logging all outgoing items with the Installer record
Coordinate production timelines with Fabrication and Machine Managers to meet installation timeline goals.
Schedule and communicate activities with the Installers and Template department to ensure all appointments are being met and installers have what they need to complete jobs
Communication with Installers on afternoon turnover to ensure paperwork is returned and logged in JobTracker;
Work with Lead Installers and Project Engineering for remakes
Looking ahead at the schedule for the upcoming day week month to set up and/or confirm projects; review Job Form for missing information; gather information and create necessary install paperwork.
Review projects for the template preparedness and gather any new jobrelated details
Ensure new projects are signed off and moving through production existing projects update and confirm install dates
Oversee and responsible for all purchasing of Shop supplies this includes requisitions from shop and install to place weekly ordering through appropriate vendors
Generate Purchase Orders for local acquisitions and collecting invoices/receipts daily from all personnel
Maintaining record or vendor invoices and coding invoices monthly for accounting
Managing supply inventory to ensure that all orders are stocked in a timely manner and delegate with Fabrication and Machine Managers as necessary
Assisting Accounting and Human Resources with payroll processing for the Fabrication division and verifying all time is accounted for
Facilitating Safety Program and logging safety meetings administrating reporting as necessary through Human Resources for injuries and accidents

This job operates in an office environment with some outside exposure during the day. This role routinely uses equipment such as computers phones copiers etc.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs.
This is a fulltime position. Hours of work are Monday through Thursday; 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with additional hours and schedule changes as needed for business purposes.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Project Coordinator Logistics or Office Management experience preferred
Must be proficient in English
Clean driving record able to meet insurability qualifications
