Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Service Greeter/Shuttle Driver to join our team at Payne Edinburg. The primary responsibilities of this role include welcoming customers providing excellent customer service and shuttling customers to and from our service center.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Strong communication skills
Punctuality and reliability
**Responsibilities:**
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers with their service needs
Shuttle customers to and from the service center in a safe manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicle
Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience
**Additional Requirements:**
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are advantageous
