Rates Start at $14/hr plus weekend differentials!
Mount Alverna Village part of Franciscan Ministriesis a vibrant senior living community located in Parma Ohio. We are a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) offering a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent living memory support assisted living and skilled nursing/ longterm care. Additionally the onsite rehabilitation clinic offers inpatient and outpatient physical occupational and speech therapies and stateoftheart programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents and patients in the local community. As an Environmental Services TechnicianHousekeeper you will be responsible for:
- Dust Mop and Sweep Floors.
- Scrub floors Buff Polish Furniture Clean Equipment.
- Empty Wash and reline waste baskets
- Clean light fixtures vents registers Vacuum and scrub carpets.
- Clean common areas
- Clean Occupied and UnOccupied resident rooms and washrooms.
- Clean Private and Public Washrooms.
- Keep storage area cart and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Maintains supplies at a required level as determined by the Department Director and Supervisor.
- All other duties as assigned.
We are currently looking for an Environmental Services TechnicianHousekeeper to join our team! To qualify you need a:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience a plus
- Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be reliable energetic and selfmotivated who truly enjoys working with the senior population
- Great attendance
