About the Role
North West Private Hospital is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Nurse Manager to join our team in a key leadership position on a permanent fulltime basis.
Hospital Coordinator Manager will strengthen hospitalwide coordination and support efficient resource allocation and reduce delays in patient flow.
This role encompasses workforce planning and utilisation clinical problem solving and patient flow.Working closely with and supporting executive clinical managers and shift leaders this role is essential to ensure excellence in care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements inclusive of effectively managing the resources and need of the business.

Your ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment will enable you to coordinate and inspire a large team of clinical and nonclinical professionals.
You will also bring:
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Strong leadership skills and effective role model
- Previous experience or exposure to managing clinical staff recruitment rostering and performance management
- Experience in patient flow bed management and staffing
- Sound Computer skills in MS Office suite (Word Excel and Outlook)
- Postgraduate studies in an appropriate speciality or management qualifications will be highly regarded.
