This position is located in Greenville TX and is a full time 1st shift opportunity working 8:00am to 5pm.
The Distribution Warehouse Supervisor will be accountable for leading people supervising and leading the organizations warehouses setting direction for production and deploying resources.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensures the monitoring and the distribution materials tools equipment and allocation of all personnel.
- Plan assign and supervise daily work assignments
- Conduct daily communication meetings with employees
- Maintain productivity and quality levels as set by Depot Manager
- Perform monthly Associate performance reviews
- Create and enforce a safe working environment
- Create/Maintain an environment where employees are motivated to take ownership of responsibilities to increase productivity
- Continuously look for areas to reduce warehouse backordersand quality errors while reducing costs
- Resolve employee issues
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Other duties as required by the operation and position
The annual salary for this role is $60375 $80500 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as skill experience and qualification for the role.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have:
- Bachelors degree
- OR Associates degree and at least 3 years of supervisory experience
- OR High School Diploma and at least 5 years of supervisory experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- General Experiencewith MS Office tools (Outlook Excel Teams)
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus
