Stohlman Automotive Inc. of Tysons Corner is seeking a qualified energetic Subaru Encore Specialist to join our Subaru Sales team.

Stohlman Subaru Encore Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to meet greet and effectively interact with customers.
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience with each customer interaction that drives loyalty to Stohlman and the Subaru brand.
- Provide and offer comprehensive product information throughout the sales process by fully explaining Subaru features applications and benefits.
- Support the Sales Consultant with customer questions regarding product features and benefits.
- Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
- Engage customers to return to Subaru for an Encore delivery and perform a customer focused explanation of sophisticated systems for customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Followup with clients after the sale to ensure the customer is satisfied to positively impact customer loyalty.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge on all Subaru vehicles and technologies.
- Achieve customer satisfaction targets as assigned by management.
- Always maintain a professional appearance.
- Uphold high ethical standards.
Stohlman Subaru Encore Specialist JobQualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
- Must consent to a preemployment background check and MVDR search.
- Excellent leadership communication sales and A1 customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong industry and product knowledge (preferred).
- Technology savvy.
- Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
