Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your burgeoning expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside innovative collaborative and supportive teammates. Youll contribute to shaping the future of our workforce and enhancing our organizational culture. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Recruitment Employee Relations and Talent Development) prepare HRrelated reports as needed and much more.
Well look to you for:
Offering administrative support to the HR executives
Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
Reviewing and updating HR policies and ensuring compliance with regulations
Preparing and organizing HR documents like employment records and onboarding guides
Maintaining employee records (attendance EEO data etc. according to policy and legal requirements
Interacting with employees regarding HRrelated queries
Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like absences bonus and leaves

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Communications or a related field
Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Experience or understanding of HR processes and best practices
Great communication skills

Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
Capacity for teamwork and collaboration
