Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Payroll Director to lead payroll operations for multiple facilities within our healthcare organization. This key leadership position involves overseeing a corporate payroll team collaborating with HR and accounting and ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have extensive payroll experience strong leadership skills and the ability to manage largescale payroll operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the corporate payroll team and all payrollrelated activities across multiple facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local payroll regulations.
- Collaborate with human resources payroll and accounting departments to align processes and policies.
- Provide guidance training and support to facility payroll staff.
- Manage global payroll and HRrelated projects and audits.
- Implement and optimize payroll systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Director or similar role preferably in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Salary: $125000$175000
