This position primarily supports the department of Employee Education. In addition to reporting to the Program Manager of Workforce Development this position supports the Vice President of Professional and Clinical Services as well as the Associate Chief Nurse of Practice and Innovation. This employee oversees the production of education materials for patients and staff; maintains all education databases to meet regulatory compliance requirements; performs minute taking and meeting set up for Cultural Competence Steering Committee; Maintains the budget
Maintains HealthStream TM Learning Management System as an administrator
Deploys patient education materials to patient care areas
Maintains room set up assignments
Supports the Vice President of Professional and Clinical Services with projects on an as needed basis
Supports the Associate Chief Nurse of Practice and Innovation with projects on an as needed basis
Produces all staff education materials (manuals evaluations flyers calendars etc.
Coordinates all appropriate vendor relationships including scheduling and reimbursement
Produces accurate and timely minutes in compliance with all regulatory requirements
Assists with administrative duties for a number of staff including the Program Manager of Workforce Development and the Director Library Services
Performs data entry and organization function for the Annual Safety Fair
Member of the Cultural Competence Steering Committee
Performs eBuy activities
Orders and maintains all appropriate inventory
Manages registrations for a wide range of classes
Provides direction to volunteers when needed

High School Diploma required and some College experience preferred
