Job Description
Overview
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a fulltime Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)/Injury Prevention Specialist in Anaheim CA. This position is for a Certified Athletic Trainer required to be onsite providing injury prevention services at a major theme park
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $30$34/hr
Schedule: 5 days/week 8 hrs/day with two consecutive days off but the days off will most likely be during the week and not the weekend. Our operation is from 6:30am 11:30pm with the 8 hour shift sometime between those times.

Responsibilities
- Fulltime Onsite coverage for industrial client under the direction of Account/Program Manager
- Delivery of full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services at assigned location. Prevention Services include:
- Assessment triage and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfort
- Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions
- Design and implementation of functional assessments preventative exercise and stretching
- Job coaching and behavior modification both oneonone and in group settings
- Providing education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topics
- Office ergonomics
- Health and wellness consultation
- Documentation and reporting on employee encounters
- Regular communication with both client and Select leadership
Qualifications
- BS Degree Required
- National Athletic Trainers Association (NATABOC) Board of Certification
- Eligible for state license
- Minimum one year experience industrial setting experience a plus
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Position requires a strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions
