Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecaller. As a Telecaller you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers introducing our products and services and converting leads into sales. This is a fulltime position based in Noida Uttar Pradesh India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong persuasion and customer service skills
- Phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries
- Sales skills and ability to convert leads into sales
- Problemsolving skills to address customer concerns
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple calls
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to work well in a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products and services
- Conduct market research and identify potential leads
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and trends
