Qualifications and Skills
- Analytical Chemistry: Proficiency is necessary to conduct thorough chemical analysis and interpret chemical data effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Inorganic Synthesis: Expertise in synthesizing and characterizing inorganic compounds is essential for experimental success (Mandatory skill).
- Chemical Reactions: Solid understanding of reaction mechanisms and kinetics to accurately predict outcomes (Mandatory skill).
- Spectroscopy: Experience using various spectroscopic methods to analyze chemical species and their properties.
- Coordination Chemistry: Knowledge in coordination compounds bonding and their applications in realworld scenarios.
- Materials Science: Understanding of material properties their chemical composition and applications in the industry.
- Crystallography: Skills in determining the crystal structure and arrangement of atoms within solid materials.
- Catalysis: Capable of designing and understanding catalytic processes to enhance reaction rates.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement Inorganic Chemistry curriculum tailored towards IITJEE & NEET syllabus requirements.
- Conduct indepth research and develop innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create comprehensive course materials including lectures practicals and assessments.
