Job Description
WWF India is looking for dynamic individuals with excellent communication and networking skills to join its telefundraising team.
- Create resourceful ways to spread awareness about Indias biodiversity.
- Effectively convey the organizations mission vision and programs to potential donors.
- Contact Donors through calls and explain WWF Indias work to members clearly and excitingly to generate funds for supporting WWFIndias conservation work.
- Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers. Develop a longterm relationship with the donor and upgrade them to the donor pyramid.
- Meet the fundraising target given by the line manager.
Requirements
- Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognized University.
- Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
- Highly performanceoriented and ability to work in a team.
- Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWFIndias work.
- Public Speaking skills / BD experience.
- Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks.
- Sales background / Tele communication Background.
