Education: CS
Experience:Candidate with 26 years experience will be preferred (Post qualified experience).
- CommercialOperations&IndirectTaxation
- Corporate Secretarial Matters
- Managed all company secretarial mattersincluding the conduct ofvariousmeetings
- and drafted of its Agendas/ Minutes ensuring Statutory Compliance and so on
- Ensured annual filings under the Companies Act and other such Company Law
- Foreign Trade Policy (Advance Licenses EOU SEZ)
- Indirect Taxation
- Statutory Recording
- Companies Act
- Annual Reporting
- Due Diligence
- Tax Returns
- Client Relations
- Supervised engagements in the field of IndirectTax; provided advice onIndirect
- Tax laws and regulations
- Compliances; coordinated for efiling of returns
- Advised on legal and regulatory matters and risk management; implemented
- Strategies to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements
- Tracked updatesinvarious indirecttaxlawsincludingCustomExcise ServiceTax
