Ensuring the effective implementation and management of KPI of EI programs in schools.
Training supporting and guiding reseller/ distributors academic team.
Feedback analysis and improvement of academic performance of schools students and academic teams.
Managing and developing academic relationships with schools.
Conducting workshops seminars/webinars academic interventions and training programs for schools.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for achieving academic KPIs.
Ensuring the retention of existing clients and upsell/crosssell of products
Preparing annual academic activity plans and budgets.

Requirements
Should have teaching/ academic experience of at least 5 years in k12.
Preferably worked in the academic department of any EdTech or education organization
International academic experience is a plus point.
Excellent command of the English language written and oral.
Strong presentation skills and public speaking capability.
Minimum post graduate or B.Ed
