Responsibilities and Duties:
Research on technicalfeasibility for various projects and technical requirements.
Managing andtroubleshooting active directory and GPOs (Windows server 2012/2016.
Managing and troubleshootingMicrosoft Exchange server/Office 365.
Maintain and administercomputer networks and related computing environments including computerhardware systems software applications software and all configurations.
Perform data backups anddisaster recovery operations.
Diagnose troubleshootand resolve hardware software or other network and system problems.
Configure monitor andmaintain email applications or virus protection software
Do research and makerecommendations on products services protocols and standards in support ofall infrastructure procurement and development efforts.
Support team to maintainservice level agreements with clients.
Skills Required:
Handson experience inactive directory & group policy management and troubleshooting Windowsservers.
Extensive knowledge inaccelo & Terminal server installation and management.
Mandatory experience inMicrosoft windows exchange server Office 365.
