This role drives the delivery of transformational change by providing leadership and direction to large complex multistakeholder programs focused on overarching improvements to processes operations or teams. Leads and directs the activities of multiple large departments or several managers and specialists.

What it Takes:
As the Head of Fund Ecosystem Operational Readiness you will be accountable for developing a global team of managers and specialists in leading the charge to establish the infrastructure and business capabilities that support best in class program and project management data and analytics and workforce solutions driving automation across Middle and Back Office. Your role will involve anticipating challenges and collaborating with peers business partners both internal and external stakeholders such as Investment Management Group and Banking partners to ensure seamless of the longterm strategy.
