Job Overview
Senior: 7 to 15 years of experience in PeopleSoft Fin HCM Fnal & TechnoFnal. FullTime position based in Bangalore Karnataka India. Salary range: Competitive
Qualifications and Skills
- Senior: 7 to 15 years of experience as PeopleSoft Fin OR HCM Functional OR TechnoFunctional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of TechnoFunctional aspects of PeopleSoft Finance and HCM modules
- Experience with P2P (ProcuretoPay) OR/AND O2C (OrdertoCash) OR/AND R2R (RecordtoReport) processes
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and underlying technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Certifications in PeopleSoft Finance and HCM modules are a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in the implementation maintenance and support of PeopleSoft Fin HCM Functional & TechnoFunctional modules
- Analyze design develop and modify system enhancements and customizations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document business requirements
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to solve complex technical issues
- Perform system testing troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Keep up to date with the latest PeopleSoft Fin HCM Fnal & TechnoFnal trends and technologies
