Full time or Part time
We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice full time or part time in Fort Dodge IA. We are looking for a friendly team player to work with our integrated team of Chiropractors Nurse Practitioner and PTAs. The physical therapist will be examining and treating patients within our multidisciplinary office recommending and rendering care while coordinating care with rest of team as well as overseeing PTAs on the therapy floor. We have an amazing team with a welcoming and collaborative work environment!

Requirements:
- Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- PT License in IA
- Full time (Monday Friday) or Part time (flexible on days worked)
- $100000 $110000 /year plus bonuses
- Sign on Bonus of $5000 and Production Bonus available
