One Vision in Fort Dodge is seeking a full-time Lead Job Coach to empower individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in securing and maintaining meaningful employment within their community.
What Youll Do:
As a Lead Job Coach youll ensure clients are successful in the jobs they love-while building positive partnerships with local businesses. You will:
Provide on-site coaching and job training support to individuals at community-based work sites.
Collaborate with employers to promote quality performance and successful retention.
Supervise and schedule area Job Coaches ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Maintain a personal caseload assisting individuals in achieving and sustaining employment goals.
Coordinate with families funders and other supports to foster long-term job success.
Provide coaching feedback and ongoing development for Job Coaches under your supervision.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Job Coach Certification or willingness to obtain within one year (required)
Experience in training or vocational support (preferred)
Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
Valid drivers license acceptable driving record and proof of liability auto insurance
Ability to pass a drug screen TB test and lifting assessment
