Job Description
A leading Singaporean Telecoms Client is seeking an experiencedDigital Account Manager Content Projects(Fulltime Remote) with a strong content management strategy and copywriting background. You will be responsible for leading projects that enhance our brand presence engage target audiences and drive business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the planning and delivery of content projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including writers designers and marketing professionals to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Create comprehensive content strategies that align with customer journeys and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify content needs and opportunities.
- Write and edit engaging and persuasive copy for various platforms including websites marketing materials and social media.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Review all content assets for quality and consistency before submission to clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback ensuring all content meets their needs and expectations.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Previous experience in project management content strategy and copywriting preferably within the B2B technology sector.
- Proven proven track record of managing projects effectively and producing highquality content.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
