Job Description
As a Social Media Intern you will assist in creating implementing and managing social media campaigns that align with our company goals. You will work closely with the marketing team to help build a strong online presence engage with our audience and drive traffic to our website through creative content.Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter etc..
- Support the management of the content calendar ensuring timely posting and engagement.
- Help create and publish engaging content tailored to each platform including graphics videos and blog posts.
- Monitor social media channels for trends feedback and opportunities to engage with users in realtime.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments messages and mentions under supervision.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns including learning about budgeting and targeting.
- Analyse the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Facebook Insights and Instagram Analytics and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends tools and social media algorithm changes to contribute fresh ideas.
- Monitor competitor activity and assist in gathering insights to enhance our social media strategy.
- Help create reports detailing the performance of social media campaigns and provide suggestions for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Eagerness to learn about social media management and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with content creation and basic graphic design is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects.
- Basic analytical skills and a willingness to develop datadriven thinking.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer) is a plus but not required.
