As part of our U.S. Pharmaceutical Operations team the Incentive Compensation Analyst plays a vital role in supporting and communicating Commission Plan details to Sales Representatives while ensuring data integrity and process efficiency. Additionally this role partners with multiple stakeholder groups to develop and direct data strategy drive commercial operations excellence and enhance decisionmaking through actionable insights.
In this role a typical day will include:
Oversee the creation and distribution of weekly sales reports KPI slides and dashboards for the Sales Team and Leadership
Maintain the sales team roster and territory inputs ensuring seamless data integration across all systems.
Support the preparation of sales quotas by gathering data and utilizing Aurochs while participating in quota discussions with leadership.
Calculate and validate monthly sales data to ensure accuracy in compensation dashboards.
Support the calculation and validation of quarterly sales payouts and participate in meetings with Finance.
Oversee the preparation and management of the annual Sales Incentive Plan acknowledgment process with the sales team.
Oversee Healthcare Providers (HCPs) eligible to order prescription samples through the Qpharma Portal
Contribute to special projects focused on various compensationrelated topics
Perform insightful ad hoc analyses to explore ongoing or onetime trends or adjustments.
Drive continuous improvement of current services by regularly gathering feedback evaluating individual performance and conducting retrospective sessions.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent 2 years of directly related experience (or high school 10 yrs; Assoc.6 yrs)
The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Business Analytics Finance Accounting Business Information Systems or related
Prior experience within Operations Analytics or Sales
Advanced Excel skills
Exposure to Alteryx SAP Tableau AWS and SQL
