Key Responsibilities:
- Converting Data: Convert data into technical milestones consistent with the Sponsors data science requirements
- Managing ETL Pipelines: Develop and manage data processing ETL pipelines
- Ad Hoc Training: Provide ad hoc training to Sponsors data users on custom tools and data exploitation consistent with established use cases
- Data Science Workflow Identification: Identify existing or emerging data science workflows within the Sponsors broader office that would accelerate the Sponsors data science mission
- Data Science Coding Platforms: Leverage all available big data and data science coding platforms tools and implement Sponsors technical goals for data management
- Travel: CONUS and OCONUS travel infrequently at the Sponsors direction

- Location: Onsite
- Travel Requirements: Minimal 20
- Working Hours: Standard
Qualifications:
Required:
- Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years
- Data Exploitation and Enrichment: Demonstrated mastery of data exploitation and data enrichment using tools such as ElasticSearch Neo4j and similar
- ETL Pipelines: Demonstrated experience with complex Extraction Transformation Load (ETL) pipelines with both NiFi and Pentaho and experience with batch data processing and data streamlining workflows
- Data Queries: Demonstrated ability to write queries that span multiple big data repositories of differing levels of sensitivity
Desired:
- Mission Focused: Demonstrated track record of fulfilling Sponsor mission needs and scaling capabilities to production
- Leading Complex Teams: Demonstrated experience leading complex data science teams
- Writing Data Exploitation Algorithms: Demonstrated experience writing custom algorithms for data exploitation
- Graph Database Queries: Demonstrated experience with complex graph database queries
