Job Description
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to analyze training needs and design effective learning solutions
Develop instructional materials such as elearning modules videos workbooks and job aids
Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
Work closely with graphic designers multimedia producers and developers to create visually appealing and interactive content
Conduct needs assessments evaluations and revisions to enhance the effectiveness of training programs
Stay current on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve learning solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in instructional design education or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience as an instructional designer or similar role
Proficient in elearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate or similar software
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
Experience working with clients and subject matter experts in various industries
