Job Description

Clinical Supervisor LMFT/LCSW/LPCC

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team and provide leadership support and guidance to our mental health clinicians. In this role you will play a crucial part in overseeing the clinical work of our therapists ensuring highquality care for our clients and fostering professional development within the team.

Who Youll Work With

As a Clinical Supervisor you will collaborate closely with our clinicians providing weekly individual and group consultations to support them in delivering exceptional therapeutic services. You will also work with a case management team and administrative support staff to ensure efficient and seamless operations.

What Youll Do

  • Provide clinical supervision to a team of associate and licensed clinicians guiding them through complex cases and therapeutic interventions.
  • Conduct regular consultations offering feedback and support to enhance clinicians skills in therapy assessment and treatment planning.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards best practices and agency protocols.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of clinical programs and strategies focusing on improving client outcomes and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support the professional growth of clinicians encouraging ongoing education and adherence to industry trends.
  • Handle escalated cases provide second opinions and offer recommendations for the most challenging client situations.
  • Support clinicians in their preparation for licensure exams by offering mentorship and supervision aligned with licensure requirements.
  • Oversee clinical documentation ensuring accuracy timeliness and adherence to regulatory and organizational guidelines.

What Were Looking For

Experience:

  • Proven experience supervising and leading mental health clinicians such as AMFTs ASWs APCCs LMFTs LCSWs or LPCCs.
  • Experience working with traumarelated cases and providing clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group supervision to a diverse clinical team.
  • Experience in treatment plan development and review to ensure the delivery of highquality mental health services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship.

What You Need to Have

  • Active LMFT LCSW or LPCC license.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in clinical supervision.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic models and evidencebased practices particularly in traumainformed care.
  • Flexibility to provide both inperson and remote supervision accommodating the needs of a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with documentation standards ethical guidelines and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to adapt to various therapeutic and administrative platforms.
