Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration of Partners wide retirement benefits; including definedbenefit defined contribution and nonqualified retirement plans as well as retiree medical plans.
Under general guidance calculate benefit amounts in accordance with plan provisions and interpret plan documents.
Counsel participants with regard to benefit amounts and payment options.
Research and respond to participant inquiries.
Process and record benefit payments and changes.
Reconcile and process vendor remittances.
Conduct participant information sessions.
Assist on annual production of statements (i.e. cash balance retiree medical savings account and consolidated retirement).
Assist on various ad hoc projects.
Bachelors degree.
Minimum of three years related experience.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong customer service communication and analytical skills.
