You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSyreon is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join our multidisciplinary unit in the ongoing support of cutting edge research programs.
This fulltime role is an opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team of support staff for the coordination communication and computer system entry and review of purchase order processing records goods received status and other data in a pharmaceutical setting. The role is a hybrid role with home based and office based activities. The current mix is 1 day in Montreal office with 4 days home based.
The role requiresmeticulous attention to detail and is highly team oriented. The candidate MUST be fluently bilingual (both written and verbal English and French) highly computer literate with experience in communications and data entry systems. Prior healthcare experience or training is not required. The standard hours for the role are Quebec EST hours.
Tasks include telephone communications collection submission and filing of data and records into computer portals interpreting and communicating data submission expectations and timelines responding to general questions and supporting the coordinating team to ensure prompt payments according to monthly schedules.
