Job Description
RPO Recruitments client a wellestablished company operating in the property development industry in Cape Town is currently in search of a hardworking and diligent Technical Lead/Project Manager who can join their successful and growing team as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Site administration and oversight
- Strategy determination
- Solution methodology
- Quote coordination and quote interrogation
- Access scheduling
- Programme management budget management and coordination
- Stringent quality control
Requirements:
- Relevant Construction Management/Project Management Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 810 years experience in the project/construction management of large residential developments
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong reporting skills with the ability to manage various projects simultaneously in a fastpaced work environment
Benefits:
- Salary: R480K/yr R600K/yr
