Reward Operations & Project Coordinator

This Reward Operations & Project Coordinator role is part of the AXA XL Global Reward team which consists of 15 colleagues and is part of the broader AXA XL global Human Resources job family. The Reward function supports a total of 10 000 employees sitting in 28 countries. AXA XL organization is split in 4 regions (Americas APAC & Europe India & Poland UK Lloyds). Your role will be mainly to support managing AXA XL Global Job Architecture project ensuring coordination review maintenance data refinement and quality.
You will also assist with thirdparty Total Reward vendor activities including reporting requests vendors screening assessment implementation and performance monitoring. You will provide operational support and contribute to enhancing operational effectiveness through technology utilization and process improvement.

What will your essential responsibilities include
Support in creating enhancing and implementing job architecture tools (level descriptors job descriptions governance) and maintain existing tools following Job Architecture structure evolution.
Create presentations for different stakeholders.
Maintain job architecture data quality and consistency by having periodic reviews of data in HRIS system. Run job architecture analysis for different internal stakeholders.
Reward thirdparty vendors screening and assessment versus our needs and objectives new vendor onboarding and implementation.
Monitor existing vendor SLAs support data privacy and/or cyber security annual reviews and resolve issues related to vendor performance.
Provide reporting to external providers/advisers in accordance with agreed format and frequency. Resolve reporting errors and inconsistencies.
Maintain effective controls to ensure external providers/advisers hold accurate data including deleting data in accordance with data privacy requirements.
Conducting research to understand industry and organizationspecific issues and monitoring market trends to help support Total Reward strategic decisions.
Responsible for enhancing operational effectiveness by identifying ways of using new and existing technologies to simplify and standardize both existing and new processes and activities and where approved implementing the required improvements.
Provide other ad hoc operational or administrative support to the Team members as required.
You will report to Senior Total Reward Project Manager.
