Position Name: Sr Power BI Developer
Reports to: DevOps Manager
Location/Type: Fulltime Remote

We are seeking a Senior Power BI developer who will be responsible for designing developing and deploying advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards
Maintain and support data analytics platforms ensuring optimized query performance
Work with complex Power BI datasets ensuring robust performance and scalability for large data volumes
Connect to various data sources and transform data into actionable insights through Power BI.
Conduct analysis with a strong focus on query optimization and data efficiency
Evaluate and improve existing BI solutions for performance reusability and scalability
Present information through highperformance reports and complex visualizations tailored to business needs
Translate business requirements into advanced technical specifications and scalable data models
Assist QA Engineers with testing troubleshooting and performance tuning of BI solutions
Create technical documentation to support scalable Power BI solutions
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
Train and support endusers on Power BI and Power Apps functionalities ensuring they can utilize the tools effectively.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including data engineering
Requirements:
- English level B2 or higher
4 years of proven experience as a Microsoft Power BI Engineer
Strong knowledge of SQL queries
Proven ability to transform complex data into compelling visual reports and dashboards.
Proficient in data visualization best practices.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling processes (dimensional star).
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership abilities with the capacity to mentor and guide a team
Strong technical documentation skills
Desirable Qualities:
Experience with designing and implementing a data warehouse
Experience working in Agile environments like Scrum/Kanban
Experience with integrating PowerBi reports with websites
Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics
Microsoft Business Intelligence and SQL certifications
