57 years direct experience implementing managing and supporting Planning systems such as Cognos Planning Oracle Hyperion Planning or SAPs Business Planning.
Experience integrating new systems and managing system implementation processes.

General Overview/Summary
The Hyperion Team Lead will be responsible for managing the budget system implementation across Partners hospitals. This includes supporting the annual budget processes at each of the hospitals supporting reporting needs related technology and system upgrades. The Hyperion Team Lead will work closely with the entity budget offices to evaluate and set strategy for future application direction. The Hyperion Team Lead will directly supervise system developers and analysts on the team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and direct the work of the developers and Analysts on the Hyperion support team.
Plan manage and oversee support of the application. This includes entity rollouts on going support and all upgrades.
Establish policy/procedure and documentation of standards or best practices in relation to implementing and supporting the Budget Planning software at the entities.
Work closely with entity management and/or endusers to define business needs develop project approach scope and workplan to meet both system and operational objectives.
Provide ongoing project status reports to internal IS management user groups and Executive steering committees.
Assign/delegate project assignments as appropriate.
Provide projectspecific direction and guidance to project team members to facilitate timely and quality results.
Monitor quality of work performed by team members throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate overall employee performance. Conduct annual performance evaluations (merit) and career conversations for all direct reports in a timely and thorough manner.
Establish and create a positive team environment through leadership coaching and mentoring.
Work with direct reports to develop an individualized career growth and development plan with clear goals and objectives developing staff for project/team leadership roles.
Work with direct reports department management and Human Resources to ensure that all staff are appropriately informed supported trained guided and evaluated.
Promote and encourage staff to provide high quality customer service recognizing both IS and the hospital communities as equal and valued customers.
Function as both an individual contributor and team player within Partners IS and the hospital community at large.
Provide quality customer service and serve as an exemplary representative of Partners Information Systems; ongoing communication feedback and followthrough with business owners stakeholders user community direct reports managers and peers are essential.
Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by Department Management.
