Job Description:Skyroot Aerospace is seeking a highly talented Propulsion Test Engineer to join a rapidly growing spacetech startup. The candidate will be associated with the Propulsion Team.
Responsibilities
1.Review and Interpret P&ID operating procedures and other discipline documents.
2.Design & Modelling of test facility and assist in test facility operations.
3.Assess facility health and performance both at system and component level.
4.Perform safety studies such as but not limited to HAZOP FMECA etc.
5.Design fixtures for test article carry out qualification tests for the liquid propulsion systems.
6.Develop test procedures and analyze test data.
7.Align resources to accomplish key objectives assign clear accountability for important objectives.
8.Closely collaborate with the manufacturing team.
9.Knowledge on GD&T
10.Always Ready to travel Testing sites based on company Requirements.
11.Knowledge on Qualification tests like (Hydraulic and pneumatic Proof Pressure testing).
Requirements
Technical Skills
Essential
1. Bachelors degree or above in Aerospace Engineering. 03 experience)
2.Preferable for aerospace and defense experience.
